Even though or maybe because of keeping a restricted colour palette, --knight-- by *virginval manages to create interest in the viewer using the red in the ribbon as a focal point that the whole composition follows. ( Featured by `kuschelirmel )

Bitte verzeihen mir, mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut (Ich Amerikanerin, und Deutsch studieren nur ein Jahr). Aber ich mag das Bild - ich mag das rote Band. Sie können sich mit einer Million verschiedene Geschichten von ihm. War es von einer Prinzessin? Eine verlorene Liebe? Der letzte Faden jemandem das Leben gerettet, von den Parzen? Ausgezeichnete Porträt.
